Tools and materials needed:
- Special cleaning fluid for plastic products.
- Water.
- Cleaning cloth.
- Paper.
- Soft toothbrush.
Cleaning Process
Outer Printer Cleaning
- Prepare the materials needed to perform the cleaning. (A little water can also help in some cases).
- See instructions (printer manual). If the manufacturing company providing cleaning instructions follow the instructions contained therein.
- Before you start cleaning off the printer first and pull the electrical connection from the terminal.
- Dampen a cloth with cleaning fluid cleaning or making sure enough water is not too wet
- Wipe the outside of the printer, make sure no water or cleaning fluids entering into the inside of the printer.
Cleaning the Inner Printer
- Disconnect the electrical connection printer.
- Remove the paper from the printer tray.
- Remove the printer toner Lay on paper.
- Clean the inside of the toner with a dry cloth and gently brush with a soft toothbrush.
- Clean the parts in the printer carefully. Do not tear the sensitive printers.
- Clean the dust remaining inner the printer.
- Clean the roller but do not touch the sponge roller.
- Enter the toner back if I still want a new toner is used or if the old has gone.
- Open the printer software from the shortcut utility program or open a document select Print from the File menu.
- From the printer software for the Options, Troubleshooting, Toolbox, Printer Utilities, or that if has the same meaning.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
