Some Ways to Reset the Printer Canon

A. Reset Printer Canon Pixma iP1000, iP1500
For canon pixma ip1000, iP1500, before using the software reset, you must to manually reset
Step 1: Reset manually

• Disconnect the power cable and USB cable. Unplug power and USB.
• Open the printer front cover, press and hold the power button.
• Replace the power cable to the electricity.
• Close the front cover of the printer and release the power button.
• Reconnect kebel usb printer to the computer.

Step 2: Using Software resetter

• Download software resetter used for Canon Pixma iP1000, iP1500
• Run resetternya software, and select customized with Usb port printer port.
• Select SET DESTINATION 1 and the printer is in reset.
• To ensure the printer is normal, use to print.

B. Reset Printer Canon iP1300 iP 1700 and In the Printer Canon iP1300 iP 1700 and reset the way there are two methods of manual reset and reset by using the software.
Step 1: Reset manually

• Turn off the printer or the Canon Pixma iP1700 Canon Pixma iP1300
• Press and hold the resume button and press the power button.
• Keep hold the power button, a resume button is released.
• Press the resume button 2 times then release all buttons.
• green light comes on and stop blinking.
• When the green led is constantly on (not blinking) press the resume button 4 times.
• Press the power button to turn off the printer, if you do not want to die press the power button again.
• kalu finished printer canon iP1700 or iP1300 usually back to normal, if still blinking can be repeated again.

Step 2: Reset using software resetter

• Download software resetter used for the Canon iP1300 and iP1700 Printers
• Extract the new resetter files downloaded.
• Ensure that all file attributes from Read Only free (in some trials sometimes software does not work with a good if there is still read only)
• Run GeneralTool.exe
• In USB Port select the port your printer is detected.
• Click the Lock Release
• Select (check) EEPROM CLEAR.
• Provide blank paper to print. Then Click the Test Pattern 1
• Finish iP1700 Printer IP1300 and you are back to normal.

C. Reset Canon Pixma iP1200, iP1600, iP2200

• Download software for Canon iP1200, iP1600, 2200 (Printers.DOWNLOAD Service Tool Software for Printer Canon Pixma iP1200, iP1600, iP2200)
• Extract the files downloaded.
• Run GeneralTool.exe
• Select the connected USB port number from USB PORT
• Click LOCK RELEASE, and select the printer model in the SET DESTINATION
• In CLEAR WASTE INK COUNTER, select MAIN or platen to reset the counter on the printer ink. MAIN is used to reset the main waste ink counter is platen to platen waste ink counter
